Dear Class of 2027 Families,

We’re excited to kick off another wonderful year celebrating our seniors! Project Graduation is a cherished tradition that ensures our graduates enjoy a safe, memorable celebration after commencement. Your support makes this possible.

TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS

We are excited to announce that we are officially a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit and all your donations are tax deductible charitable donations.

FAMILY CONTRIBUTIONS

We kindly invite families to contribute toward the graduation celebration.  We anticipate a cost of approximately $300 per student to cover the cost of the events. We understand that every family’s situation is different and regardless of whether you can make a donation or not, your student will still participate in the events. Thank you for contributing in whatever way feels right for your family. Your generosity helps make this a special experience for every student.

• Mail/drop off a check payable to “CE Project Graduation” at: % CEHS, 345 Ocean House Road, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107 Please include your student’s name in the note. 

HELPING US FIND LOCAL BUSINESS SPONSORS

If you own, work for, or know of a local business that might support Project Graduation, please share our Letter to Local Businesses (business letter) — it’s easy to forward and includes all sponsor benefits, such as advertising on our website and social media platforms.

After sharing, please email capeprojectgrad@gmail.com with the business name and contact person you reached out to. This helps our team coordinate outreach and avoid duplicate contacts.

Your help connecting us with potential sponsors makes a huge difference — thank you for spreading the word!

UPCOMING FUNDRAISING EVENTS

We have exciting events ahead, including the Polar Plunge on January 1, 2027! Throughout the year, we’ll host a variety of fundraisers — some family-friendly and others for 21+ adults only. These gatherings are a fun way to connect with other families, support our seniors, and contribute to the celebration fund.
